Zovo Weekly Schedule Maker is a weekly schedule maker and class schedule builder. Paste your classes, shifts or time blocks in plain words ("Calculus MWF 9-10:15am") and get a printable week grid with colour per title, each overlap listed with the minutes it overlaps, hours per title and per day, free gaps of 30 minutes or more, and an .ics calendar file with one weekly repeating event per block for the term.

What it does

Reads sloppy input: MWF, M/W/F, TTh, Tue Thu, Tuesdays and Thursdays, weekdays; 9-10:15am, 9am to 10.15, 14:00-15:30, overnight shifts
Printable PDF week grid (US Letter or A4, landscape or portrait) with hours fitted to your earliest start and latest end
Overlap check: each conflict with the day and minutes overlapped; both blocks stay on the grid side by side
Hours per week by title, hours per day, and free gaps of 30 minutes or more
Calendar file (.ics) with one weekly repeating event per block from term start to term end, holiday skip dates, and time zone rules that keep clock times across daylight saving changes
